About the Role

Tasnee is seeking an Engineer II, Reliability to join the Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM) team. This full-time position is based in Yanbu, KSA, and reports directly to the Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and availability of major Instrument equipment and critical Instrument systems within the materials sector, specifically in specialty chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review design and update maintenance strategies for Instrument equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze data from major critical equipment and systems.
  • Improve repairing techniques and ensure the quality of maintenance efforts.
  • Lead and facilitate RIS analysis on selected company systems.
  • Act as a focal point for all RIS activities and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of RIS recommendations.
  • Update all analyses to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs.
  • Implement reliability best practices and evaluate new technology and ideas to continuously improve plant asset reliability.

Duties and Tasks

  • Document and communicate assigned activities, including timely identification and tracking.
  • Review basic inspection work, ensuring adherence to relevant engineering requirements with necessary assistance.
  • Maintain high HSE standards and contribute to a healthy, safe work environment and practices.
  • Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders, addressing multifaceted problems and escalating with proposed resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant data, identifying changes that can improve an engineering function area.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems within the area of responsibility with guidance as needed.
  • Monitor and report daily assignments to senior-level engineers and routinely update records within established procedures.
  • Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity, applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop required engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior-level engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position is not disclosed.
