About the Maintenance Manager Role

United Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations in Al Madinah, specifically in Yanbu and Medina. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the reliability and safety of equipment, minimizing operational downtime, and optimizing resource utilization. The role requires a proactive approach to maintenance planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and external contractors to ensure efficient task completion.
• Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance strategies and timely intervention.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and manage spare parts inventory to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze equipment failures and downtime trends to identify root causes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, asset tracking, and maintenance history documentation.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in managing heavy machinery, production lines, or similar environments.
