Site Supervisor

About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring construction works adhere to approved standards and schedules.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction operations. This includes ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site activities and reporting progress to the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient task completion and compliance with required standards.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with the construction schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Inspect construction materials and completed works to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
• Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools, coordinating their availability as needed.
• Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports, detailing completed activities, challenges, and delays.
• Follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding site issues.
• Maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and report construction progress and operational challenges to the project management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar site supervision role.
• Willingness to work on-site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in daily construction activities and coordination with various project teams and stakeholders.
