Construction Site Supervisor

About the Role

Orient Castle Contracting Company is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves ensuring that all work is executed efficiently and safely, in full compliance with project plans, designs, and approved technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily site operations, guiding workers and field teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Verify that all work adheres to technical drawings, architectural specifications, and approved quality standards.
• Implement safety standards and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all site personnel.
• Monitor execution timelines and work to improve efficiency, minimizing delays and wasted resources.
• Maintain continuous communication with project engineers and management to ensure alignment with the project plan and prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in construction site supervision or similar field leadership roles.

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and plans.

Work Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, with work primarily conducted in Jeddah and Makkah.
