Mahr Holding is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure service quality. This full-time role is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The manager will be responsible for operational efficiency and managing procurement and supply chain activities.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Operations Manager will lead the restaurant's daily functions, focusing on operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. This position involves direct supervision of staff, managing inventory, and handling both local and international supplier relationships to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead the work team, prepare shift schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Train employees to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure food quality and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, purchases, and waste reduction efforts.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
• Oversee the supply and import of products and materials, including shipping and customs clearance.
• Monitor operating costs, materials, and labor expenses.
• Track sales and performance indicators, preparing relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and health standards.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Develop initiatives to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience in procurement and managing relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and overall restaurant operations.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and preparing operational reports.
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts.
• Experience in a specific restaurant or kitchen type is considered an advantage.
