About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and ensure efficient service department operations. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, focusing on customer service and administrative tasks within the automotive service sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers and their vehicles in a professional manner.
• Open job cards with clear and detailed concerns, promoting additional services and products as appropriate.
• Raise vehicle job cards and pass them to workshop control for scheduling.
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and customer records are maintained.
• Notify customers of problems or additional work required and obtain authorization to proceed.
• Keep customers informed of work progress, changes to costs, and expected completion times.
• Liaise effectively with customer booking, workshop loading, and parts operations.
• Receive completed job cards and vehicle invoices, ensuring all details are correct.
• Notify customers of vehicle completion, explain costs, and arrange vehicle release after payment.
• Manage work in progress, ensuring no outstanding items are over one month old without explanation.
• Handle cash debts and ensure no unauthorized credit facilities are extended.
• Ensure vehicles are released only with prior authority from the Reception or Service Manager and maintain records of vehicle release forms.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, escalating unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure all departmental administration is handled promptly and correctly according to guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Previous technical and mechanical experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong customer-facing and telephone communication skills.
• Solid product knowledge.
• Good administration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• IT literacy.
