Accounting Supervisor

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join their team in Amaala. This full-time position involves overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records within the Finance department.

Role Overview

The Accounting Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Finance team. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies, assisting with financial reporting processes, and contributing to the efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and processes.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Amaala, Saudi Arabia, within the Finance department of Four Seasons Hotels (KSA).
