Accounting Supervisor

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join the Finance team. This full-time role involves overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The Accounting Supervisor will maintain compliance with company policies, support financial reporting processes, and contribute to the efficient operation of the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Review accounting transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in Accounting or Finance, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Work Type
