About the Role

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time position focuses on building client relationships and supporting revenue growth by securing bookings for guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet halls. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving individual sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue.
Assist with sales proposals, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
Produce and review sales reports to monitor performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for building client relationships and a proven ability to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong connections with existing clients.

Experience and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
