Job Description
About the Role
Starlinks is seeking an Associate, HR to provide essential support to the HR function. This full-time role focuses on delivering efficient and effective HR services across various areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The Associate will contribute to maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR activities and employee requests. This includes assisting with the coordination of HR processes, responding to employee queries, and providing general employee support, ensuring all HR operations run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in managing daily HR activities and employee requests.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and currency of information.
- Prepare and issue HR letters, documents, reports, and employee-related correspondence.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits-related administration.
- Respond to employee queries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
- Support employee relations activities and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required by management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and handle HR records professionally.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Experience in HR administration and employee support.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
