Role Overview at Rosewood Red Sea
Rosewood Red Sea is seeking an Associates Housing Manager to take charge of the overall management, administration, and continuous improvement of all associate accommodation facilities in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role ensures that housing operations consistently provide a safe, comfortable, compliant, and engaging living environment for all associates.
Core Responsibilities and Scope
The Associates Housing Manager is responsible for supporting associate wellbeing and upholding the service standards of Rosewood Red Sea within the accommodation facilities. Key areas of oversight include accommodation allocations, coordination of facilities management, transportation interfaces, associate welfare initiatives, policy implementation, and managing stakeholder relationships with accommodation service providers.
Accommodation Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations across all associate housing facilities.
- Ensure all accommodation assignments are maintained in strict accordance with company policies.
- Oversee processes for room allocations, room changes, associate check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate accommodation records and generate comprehensive occupancy reports.
- Monitor housing capacity and forecast future accommodation requirements effectively.
- Address associate accommodation concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular accommodation forums and feedback sessions to gather insights.
Associate Welfare and Facilities Oversight
- Promote a positive living environment that actively enhances associate wellbeing.
- Partner with the Talent & Culture department to drive associate engagement initiatives within the housing community.
- Support various welfare, recreation, and community-building activities for associates.
- Conduct regular inspections of all accommodation facilities to ensure standards are met.
- Coordinate with Facilities Management and external vendors to ensure the timely completion of all maintenance requests.
- Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping services, pest control, landscaping, and the overall upkeep of common areas.
- Ensure that all accommodation assets are maintained to agreed-upon standards.
Experience and Employment Details
Candidates for the Associates Housing Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in accommodation management, facilities management, or a related hospitality role. This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
