Rotana Hotels is seeking a Colleague Accommodation Attendant to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position is integral to ensuring a high standard of living conditions for our colleagues, directly contributing to their well-being and satisfaction. The role supports the overall objective of providing excellent service, extending to our internal team members.

Role Overview

As a Colleague Accommodation Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining hygienic and well-kept accommodation facilities for all colleagues. This involves a proactive approach to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas within the colleague accommodation.
• Ensure continuous cleanliness and hygiene, with particular attention to bathrooms.
• Clean all public areas both inside and surrounding the accommodation facility.
• Initiate and follow up on maintenance requests for any repair and upkeep requirements within the accommodation.
• Prepare rooms for new associates in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Verify that accommodation for new associates is hygienic and in good condition upon arrival.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all newly purchased linen for colleagues.
• Manage and organize the furniture store for the accommodation.
• Clear all garbage from the premises on a daily basis.
• Report any complaints from associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager.
• Monitor and prevent any misuse of equipment or Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) within the accommodation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a consistent presence to ensure the accommodation facilities are always in optimal condition for our colleagues.
