Job Description
About the Role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Auditor to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to company policies within the hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of figures, reports, and documents.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Monitor and ensure the security of hotel cash and cash equivalents in accordance with money handling policies and procedures.
- Organize, secure, and manage all ledgers and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.
- Prepare, maintain, and disseminate statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll tables and reports.
- Monitor statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll tables and reports.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue reports.
- Follow and enforce all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; stay informed of the presence of undesirable persons around the hotel.
- Adhere to all brand policies and procedures; ensure a clean and complete uniform is worn; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; respect confidentiality in the dissemination of brand and/or hotel-specific information; protect all company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and employees.
- Welcome and receive guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to their needs, assist disabled persons, and warmly thank guests.
- Use clear and courteous language in all communications; accurately and completely prepare and correct written documents; answer the telephone using appropriate language.
- Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with peers; unite and help each other achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to other employees' problems.
- Comply with quality requirements and standards.
- Independently move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to kilograms.
- Perform all other tasks requested by managers that are consistent with the position.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
- Licenses or Certifications: None required.
