Banquet Assistant Manager Saudi Only

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Banquet Assistant Manager for a full-time position. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Banquet Assistant Manager will support management in overseeing banquet operations, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaboration for optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, adherence to FIFO, and cleanliness.
• Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
• Oversee dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Ensure adherence to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures, reporting incidents and completing required training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, foster positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Visual inspection of tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Moving up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• This position is designated for Saudi nationals only.
