Bartender

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This full-time position focuses on providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth food and beverage operations, contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond standard service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed to maintain operational flow.
• Clean work areas to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Replenish supplies to ensure continuous service.
• Provide support that enhances the guest experience during transactions.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visual verification.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• Experience: No related work experience is required, though previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred. No supervisory experience is necessary.
• License/Certification: No specific license or certification is required for this role.
