The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring maximum plant availability and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for implementing best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management strategies, and ensuring engineering compliance. A key aspect of this role involves developing and leading a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce to support continuous operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards across all operations.
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering management within a manufacturing environment.
