The Role of Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join its team. This full-time role involves performing a wide variety of personnel and administration tasks under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager. The primary focus is on processing and maintaining personnel-related documents to support the Payroll Function, ensuring timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse personnel and administration tasks.
• Process and maintain personnel-related documents.
• Support the Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures in all personnel-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible experience in a personnel role.

Required Skills

• Ability to gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
• Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees.
• Ability to research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
