The Role: Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join the team in Hail. This full-time position involves performing a range of personnel and administrative tasks under the direction of the Regional Personnel Manager. The primary focus is on processing and maintaining personnel-related documents to support the Payroll Function, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain personnel-related documents accurately.
• Support the Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
• Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints regarding personnel matters.
• Research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload assignments effectively in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read, interpret, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.

Essential Skills

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
