The Role: Senior Personnel Technician

Almarai is seeking a Senior Personnel Technician to join the team in Hail. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the Payroll Function by managing a wide range of personnel and administrative tasks. The role involves processing and maintaining personnel-related documents to ensure timely and accurate employee payments, in adherence to established company policies and procedures. The Senior Personnel Technician will operate under the guidance of the Regional Personnel Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diverse personnel and administration tasks to support payroll operations.
  • Process and maintain personnel-related documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Comply with all established company policies and procedures related to personnel and payroll.
  • Research and resolve personnel-related discrepancies as they arise.
  • Respond to employee questions or complaints regarding personnel matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a personnel role.

Required Skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload assignments effectively in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in reading, interpreting, applying, and explaining rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in various word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
