The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing operations.
  • Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products.
  • Meet internal customer requirements for product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process.
  • Ensure zero non-conformance in all processing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the poultry industry or food processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality standards.
