About the Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Carpenter to join the pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing high-quality carpentry work across the property, ensuring all woodwork, furnishings, fixtures, and decorative elements meet Four Seasons' standards.

Role Overview

The Carpenter is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and construction of various wooden elements throughout the resort. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship to uphold the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand in a pioneering destination on Saudi Arabia’s west coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on woodwork in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house spaces.
• Construct, repair, and refurbish furniture, doors, windows, cabinetry, and decorative wood features.
• Assist with installations and adjustments of fixtures, paneling, and signage.
• Ensure workspaces and tools are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for repair requests and project needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and recycling materials where possible.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional carpentry experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or commercial setting.
• Proficiency in using woodworking tools, equipment, and various finishing techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is an advantage.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong sense of craftsmanship and quality.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices, manual handling, and workplace hazard management.

This role is based at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, as part of a pre-opening team. It is a full-time position within the hospitality industry, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of a luxury resort.
