The Role of Chef de Partie Bakery

As a Chef de Partie Bakery at Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the successful operation of your assigned kitchen area within the Culinary team. This full-time position involves ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and operational efficiency, reporting to the Sous Chef and collaborating with other kitchen professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure quality and consistency by adhering to approved recipes, presentation guidelines, and culinary standards.
• Support stock management activities, including monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Coach and develop junior culinary associates to enhance their growth and technical capabilities.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained across all kitchen operations.
• Support kitchen leadership and undertake additional responsibilities as required, including covering for the Sous Chef.
