Role Summary: Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie will contribute to maintaining The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" by ensuring excellence in food preparation and guest care. This full-time position, located in the Red Sea region, requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and quality standards, contributing to the brand's reputation as a leading global luxury hospitality provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
• Regulate oven, grill, and rotisserie temperatures and manage food thawing processes.
• Ensure proper food portions, distribution, and dressing.
• Monitor and control the quality and quantity of food prepared, including preparing special meals or replacing products as needed.
• Maintain food records and inform the head chef of excess products for daily specials.
• Communicate with Food and Beverage service staff regarding rejected products and available special dishes.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures, report unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs and communicate professionally with colleagues.
• Cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance.
