Cluster Marketing Manager

About the Role

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Cluster Marketing Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role will focus on shaping and elevating the digital presence of Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, two luxury lifestyle destinations. The position is based at The Red Sea, with regular travel to AMAALA.

Role Context and Team Structure

The Cluster Marketing Manager will report to the Cluster Director of Communications, with a dotted-line relationship to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing. This role involves close collaboration with corporate teams, agency partners, and operational leaders across both properties. The manager will also lead and mentor two Content Creators, focusing on content excellence and digital storytelling for the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, CRM initiatives, retargeting campaigns, and website optimization to support commercial objectives.
• Lead the social media strategy and editorial planning for both properties, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, seasonal priorities, and destination storytelling.
• Direct content production for photography, videography, short-form video, editorial content, and social-first campaigns, providing creative leadership to Content Creators and agency partners.
• Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including identification, contracting, content planning, hosting experiences, performance evaluation, and relationship building.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through analytics, reporting, A/B testing, sentiment monitoring, audience insights, and conversion analysis.
• Maintain digital brand presence across websites, social channels, OTAs, and third-party platforms, ensuring content accuracy, visual consistency, and brand compliance.
• Partner with Communications, Revenue, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Retail, Operations, and corporate teams to support launches, promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a content team while fostering collaboration across stakeholders, agencies, destination partners, and leadership teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Experience in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, utilizing data-driven insights to improve engagement, conversion, and commercial performance.
• Understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy, combined with creative storytelling abilities.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, travel, wellness, lifestyle, or destination marketing, with the ability to create content for sophisticated audiences.
• Demonstrated success in leading social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships with measurable business results.
• Ability to manage content production processes, creative briefs, agency relationships, and digital asset libraries while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with digital marketing platforms, website analytics, CRM systems, campaign reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Proven leadership skills to coach, motivate, and develop creative talent, managing multiple priorities across different properties and stakeholder groups.
• Professional communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders, corporate teams, partners, influencers, and high-profile guests.
