Role Overview

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a CMAI07 - Maintenance Mechanic, multi-validated, also referred to as a Valve Technician II. This full-time role involves maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition and performing installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems according to required standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before commencing work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintaining rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
