Beyond client services, the company develops its own products, including EstaMatch, an AI-powered buyer verification and matching platform for commercial real estate, and Active Mentor, an AI-powered physiotherapy platform.

The Opportunity: Co-Founder, Saudi Arabia

Improdata is seeking a Co-Founder to lead its expansion in Saudi Arabia. The company has an established presence in the Kingdom, including an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Saudi-registered company for sourcing work and currently serves two to three active clients. This full-time position is for an individual prepared to invest significant time and energy into client acquisition and building Improdata's regional footprint. The Co-Founder will join the leadership team to establish and grow the company's operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape Improdata's growth strategy within Saudi Arabia, building upon the existing MoU and client base.
• Staff Augmentation: Facilitate the placement of Improdata's data and AI resources, both remote and onsite, with companies and projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new markets, partnerships, and client projects within Saudi Arabia, including the potential to develop new product ideas collaboratively.
• Sales Leadership: Establish and lead a high-performing sales presence in the region, taking ownership of the sales strategy and driving it towards revenue targets.
• Market Representation: Represent Improdata and its products at industry events, conferences, and partnership discussions throughout Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Profile

• Established industry connections and credibility within Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of driving growth in technology, AI, real estate, healthcare, or other data-driven sectors.
• A genuine founder's mindset, demonstrating a desire for ownership and a willingness to invest time and effort to earn it.
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or staffing and recruitment, ideally within technology, AI, or a relevant vertical in the Saudi market.
• Sharp strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to operate effectively through ambiguity and periods of growth.
• A strong communicator, capable of building partnerships and leading teams from inception.

Compensation Structure

This role commences on a commission basis. As clients are secured and the partnership is validated, the position will convert into an equity-based co-founder role. This conversion typically occurs after the acquisition of one to two clients and will coincide with the registration of a new Improdata entity in Saudi Arabia.
