Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the Role

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join its Communications and Marketing team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves visual storytelling, brand ambassadorship, and upholding Rosewood brand standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and supports content strategy, digital storytelling, brand visibility, and commercial objectives in close collaboration with the Cluster Director of Communications, Cluster Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, and destination partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content across all areas of Rosewood Red Sea, including rooms, F&B venues, wellness facilities, resort activities, and destination experiences.
• Produce content aligned with Rosewood brand standards, destination messaging, and luxury positioning.
• Develop storytelling concepts for social media, campaigns, public relations initiatives, and marketing programs.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and campaign-based content calendars in collaboration with the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager.
• Edit photos and videos for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design digital and print assets, including social templates, brochures, menus, event materials, signage, and promotional pieces.
• Uphold Rosewood brand standards across all visual materials, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, and message delivery.
• Support the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager by producing tailored content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Develop video storyboards, creative concepts, and motion-based content.
• Provide on-property coverage for hosted visits, experiences, and live events.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all areas of Rosewood Red Sea, including rooms, suites, villas, wellness spaces, culinary venues, and Shura Island.
• Coordinate with operational teams to prepare locations for photo and video shoots.
• Maintain filing and archiving systems for creative assets and track content requirements, approvals, and production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in content creation and graphic design.
• Demonstrated elevated creative eye and strong commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for photo and video editing.
• Ability to produce content in varying outdoor conditions, including extended walking across large resort environments and hot climates.
• Full ownership of Rosewood brand guidelines and ability to guide internal partners on accurate application of the brand.
• Natural curiosity about emerging social media trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviors.

Brand and Compliance Standards

• Comply with all company policies of Rosewood.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clarity, consistency, and integrity in creative output.
• Adhere strictly to digital conduct guidelines; no property-related content, imagery, or behind-the-scenes material is to be posted on personal social media accounts.
• Ensure all filming activities comply with Red Sea destination policies, Red Sea Global regulations, and internal approvals.
• Uphold destination confidentiality by ensuring no restricted, sensitive, or non-public development information is captured or implied in visual content.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Flexibility in working hours is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Adaptability is required within pre-opening and operational environments.
• Adhere to safety protocols when filming outdoors, working with equipment, or traveling for content creation.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately to the appropriate manager.

This information must remain strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any external party unless formally authorized.
