Hafawah Hotels & Resort is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join its team at a well-located serviced apartments property in Medina, Al Madinah. The Corporate Sales Executive Role

The Corporate Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the client portfolio by focusing on acquiring and developing long-stay accommodation accounts across various segments. This full-time position requires a proactive and results-driven individual committed to building and maintaining strong B2B relationships and ensuring an outstanding guest experience that fosters client retention and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop long-stay accommodation accounts, including corporate clients, government entities, recruitment agencies, Umrah operators, and tour operators.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong B2B client portfolio, overseeing contracts, renewals, and account performance.
• Negotiate corporate rates and accommodation agreements for group bookings and seasonal business, particularly during the Umrah and Hajj seasons.
• Coordinate closely with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience that supports client retention and repeat business.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including Occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a sales or hospitality-related role.
• An established network of business contacts in Madinah is considered a strong advantage.

Compensation and Work Type

This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary complemented by uncapped commission. The compensation structure is designed to reward performance and direct contribution to revenue generation.
