We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Eastern Province, covering Al Khobar, Dammam, and Bahrain. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Al Khobar office.

Role Purpose

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. This role involves engaging with potential partners, understanding their business priorities, and demonstrating how KitchenPark's flexible kitchen solutions can stimulate their growth and support expansion at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects across SME, Mid-Market, Enterprise Cuisine, and Central Processing Units (CPU) within the Eastern Province (Al Khobar, Dammam) and Bahrain through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound calls to closing deals.
  • Initiate discussions and build interest with potential business partners.
  • Arrange meetings with potential partners to advance the sales process.
  • Understand clients' business priorities and identify how KitchenPark can stimulate their growth.
  • Assess the potential value added to the business from sourced leads.
  • Participate in comprehensive product and sales training, including 8 weeks of shadowing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (marketing, sales, finance, economics).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional closing abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • A sharp focus on goals and a belief that consistent daily, weekly, and monthly activities contribute to success.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales success.

  • A results and detail-oriented approach.
  • Resilience with the ability to adapt, learn, and operate with a growth mindset.

Work Environment

Headquartered in Al Khobar, KitchenPark fosters a team environment focused on continuous learning, innovation, and problem-solving. Therefore, all office-based teams, including this role, work onsite five days a week at the Al Khobar office to facilitate collective effort in reimagining the industry, creating new products, and refining processes.
