Role Overview

As a Curator at FAENA The Red Sea, you will serve as a dedicated host for guests, managing all aspects of their stay. This role requires precision, intuition, and discretion to deliver highly personalized experiences from pre-arrival to departure. The Curator acts as the primary link between guests and the resort, ensuring seamless service and memorable interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Conduct personalized suite orientations, including luggage handling, unpacking, and in-room arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking to ensure tailored experiences.
• Manage all guest requests, including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of suites, wardrobes, and in-room details according to FAENA standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, In-Room Dining (IRD), and Concierge for seamless service delivery.
• Arrange and oversee personalized food and beverage experiences and in-room dining for VIP and special attention guests.
• Address guest concerns professionally and discreetly, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service history for future stays.
• Support arrival and departure experiences, including in-room check-in and express check-out.
• Monitor room conditions and proactively report maintenance or quality issues.
• Promote resort services and experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays.
• Assist with guest logistics, including airport transfers, activities, and special arrangements.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
