About the Role

Accor is seeking a Curator for FAENA The Red Sea, a new property expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a dedicated host for guests, curating personalized experiences from pre-arrival to departure. The Curator ensures seamless service delivery and maintains high standards of hospitality.

Role Purpose

The Curator is responsible for delivering bespoke and intuitive service, ensuring every detail of a guest's stay is managed with precision and discretion. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and coordinating with various resort departments to provide a luxurious and unforgettable experience that reflects FAENA’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation, including luggage handling, unpacking, and in-room arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking to ensure tailored experiences.
• Manage all guest requests, including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions.
• Maintain the immaculate presentation of suites, wardrobes, and in-room details according to FAENA standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, In-Room Dining (IRD), and Concierge for seamless service delivery.
• Arrange and oversee personalized food and beverage experiences and in-room dining for VIP and special attention guests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and discreetly, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service history for future stays.
• Support arrival and departure experiences, including in-room check-in and express check-out.
• Monitor room condition and proactively report maintenance or quality issues.
• Promote resort services and experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance guest stays.
• Assist with guest logistics, including airport transfers, activities, and special arrangements.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and confidentiality at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized and discreet service.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a luxury hospitality setting at FAENA The Red Sea. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
