Customer Service Representative

§  Provide dynamic customer service, while educating our customers through teaching proper pet care.

§  To maximize productivity memorize and utilize the Petland systems, such as the
Petland Mission, 5-Step Sale, 4 Basic Needs, **, Pets For A Lifetime and Adopt-
A Pet.

§  Maintain excellent animal husbandry for the pets by performing opening, daily and
closing procedures and assisting in maintaining a clean, organized and safe store
environment.

§  Assist in Community Service projects in and out of the store as directed.

§  Assist Animal Care Technicians with any additional animal care as needed.

§  Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service & Sales Associate at Nature Touch Spa in Jubail. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis at the spa.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Working hours from 2:30pm - 11:30pm (1 hour break in between)
• Good Attitude and Willing to train
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Social Media Knowledge 
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Can speak and understand English Language
