Customer Success Manager ( Saudi national only)

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing existing customer contracts and developing new ones within the assigned region. The Customer Success Manager integrates customer objectives with business goals to establish a cohesive, data-driven, and customer-centric process. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, securing recurring revenue, and overseeing engineering activities related to migration and upgrades. This role also proactively manages spot services to address customer needs. Building strong customer relationships is essential for fostering business partnerships that generate value for both the customer and Honeywell.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and efficient resolution of issues with tailored solutions.
• Act as an ambassador for products, the company, and the industry, educating customers on solution capabilities.
• Develop an optimized, data-led model for the customer journey and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create and optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies, and drive related campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual customer business reviews to ensure product/service optimization, proactive issue resolution, and value realization for customers.
• Evaluate risk management for each customer to prevent dissatisfaction or lost business, ultimately driving retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Provide insights and relay the voice of the customer to internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
• Possess knowledge of customer industry business drivers to facilitate value discussions in major industries such as Oil Refining, O&G, LNG, Chemicals, and Mining/Mineral Processing.

Required Qualifications

• Must be customer-facing and have experience in the delivery of Business and Process Optimization.
• Awareness of Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) products and solutions is preferred. This includes Process Historian, Process Alarm Management, Advanced Process Controls, Operator Training Simulators, Operations Management Solutions, Blending and Movement Automation, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Visualization and Reporting Solutions, Asset Performance Management Solutions, Digital Twins, and Cloud-based Solutions.
• Demonstrated excellent customer interaction skills, including the ability to understand and manage customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
