Enterprise Associate Customer Success

About the Role

Talents Sea is seeking an experienced Enterprise Associate - Customer Success to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves championing the enterprise customer experience, ensuring clients realize the full value of our services, and managing the technical and contractual lifecycle to drive long-term client retention and satisfaction. The Enterprise Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new enterprise clients and guide them through setup, implementation, and training for a smooth transition.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise accounts, gather feedback, and proactively address pain points.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, handling day-to-day technical issues and guiding clients on best practices.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers on renewal strategies and keep clients informed on usage via dashboards and metrics.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for client needs across Operations, Finance, and Marketing to continuously improve products and services.

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver quarterly usage reports and encourage client product adoption.
• Maintain high Customer Engagement Scores and track qualitative CSAT feedback.
• Optimize Average Resolution Time for issues and streamline the Onboarding Efficiency rate.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Experience with technical and contractual lifecycle management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team focused on enterprise customer success.
