Directional Driller

About the Role

Progressive Global Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Directional Driller to support onshore and offshore drilling operations. This full-time role involves planning, executing, and optimizing directional drilling programs while maintaining safe and efficient well delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute directional drilling programs.
• Optimize drilling operations for efficiency and safety.
• Monitor well trajectory and perform survey management.
• Maintain drilling parameters according to operational requirements.
• Ensure safe and efficient well delivery throughout operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Directional Driller in oil & gas drilling operations.
• 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mud Motors and directional drilling tools.
• Previous experience with Gas Projects is essential.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to monitor well trajectory and perform survey management.
• Strong understanding of drilling mechanics and wellbore positioning.
• Knowledge of downhole tool performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications

• Relevant industry certifications and training are preferred.
