Directional Driller

About the Role

Progressive is seeking an experienced Directional Driller to support onshore and offshore drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves planning, executing, and optimizing directional drilling programs to ensure safe and efficient well delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize directional drilling programs.
• Ensure safe and efficient well delivery throughout drilling operations.
• Monitor well trajectory and perform survey management.
• Maintain drilling parameters according to operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Directional Driller in oil and gas drilling operations, with 5-10 years of experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mud Motors and various directional drilling tools.
• Essential previous experience in Gas Projects.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of drilling mechanics, wellbore positioning, and downhole tool performance.
• Relevant industry certifications and training are preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience with major service companies and complex directional wells.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and operating environments is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position supporting drilling operations in Saudi Arabia, encompassing both onshore and offshore environments.
