Electrical Execution Engineer TL

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Electrical Execution Engineer-TL to join their team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves reporting directly to the construction or project manager to oversee and administer construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractors, and supervise allocated construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications to meet client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements to achieve timely project completion.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on construction progress.
• Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure correct sequencing.
• Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate, and assess the progress of all essential activities.
• Ensure steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and manage the measurement and certification of subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications is updated and readily available.
• Ensure the submission of marked-up drawings and test reports.
• Implement the established Quality Assurance & EHS Plan across the site.
• Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately.
• Promote a favorable work culture that encourages ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site.
• Address significant issues before they have an adverse impact on the company and client.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in electrical execution or a related field.
• Ability to administer construction activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of electrical services and construction sequencing.

This role operates within a construction project environment, requiring close coordination with various stakeholders including project management, clients, and subcontractors. The position emphasizes adherence to quality assurance and environmental health and safety standards.

Reporting Structure

The Electrical Execution Engineer-TL reports directly to the Construction/Project Manager, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and operational directives.
