Electrical Execution Engineer TL

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Electrical Execution Engineer TL to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the execution and coordination of electrical construction activities within projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the construction/project manager to administer construction activities.
• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractor, and supervise allocated construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications to meet client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements for timely project completion.
• Prepare and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce correct sequencing.
• Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate, and assess progress.
• Ensure steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and facilitate measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications is updated and readily available.
• Ensure submission of marked-up drawings and test reports.
• Implement the established Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the site.
• Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately.
• Promote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site.
• Address significant issues before they adversely impact the company and client.
• Perform any other tasks/duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical execution processes and the ability to manage construction activities effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to project sites in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working closely with project management, clients, and subcontractors in a dynamic construction environment.
