Electrical Execution Engineer TL

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Electrical Execution Engineer TL to join their team in Makkah, with work locations including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves administering construction activities and reporting directly to the construction or project manager. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractors, and supervise allocated construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications to meet client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed weekly programs for construction activities and prepare manpower/resource requirements to achieve timely project completion.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on construction progress.
• Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure correct sequencing.
• Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate, and assess activity progress.
• Ensure steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and facilitate measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, and technical specifications is updated and readily available.
• Ensure submission of marked-up drawings and test reports.
• Implement the established Quality Assurance & EHS Plan across the site.
• Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately.
• Promote a favorable work culture that encourages ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site.
• Address significant issues before they adversely impact the company and client.
• Undertake any other tasks or duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. This role is suitable for individuals early in their career who are looking to develop their expertise in electrical execution engineering within a construction environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with project sites in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active involvement in on-site construction activities and coordination with various stakeholders.
