Role Purpose and Contribution

The Electrician plays a vital role in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property. This involves comprehensive upkeep across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and reliably. The contribution extends to upholding the standards of hospitality by providing a safe and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to service requests from guests and work orders from team members.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep across electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, and accurately flag any issues requiring further attention or follow-up.
