  • Execute software upgrades, firmware patches, and configuration management activities on AC charger hardware.
  • Conduct Level-1 maintenance and structured fault diagnosis on DC fast-chargers according to OEM guidelines.
  • Support commissioning and functional testing of newly installed chargers, providing technical sign-off upon full verification against acceptance criteria.
  • Perform detailed site surveys and technical readiness assessments before DC charger installations.
  • Coordinate with SE-certified contractors for planning, scheduling, and supervising AC and DC charger installations at various sites.
  • Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, electrical safety standards (SASO / SE), and MOMRAH regulations.
  • Review contractor workmanship, document non-conformance items, and track their resolution to final acceptance.
  • Manage technical interfaces between civil, electrical, and networking trades on multi-discipline installation projects.
  • Ensure zero safety or regulatory non-compliance incidents during all supervised installation activities.
  • Prepare and submit structured technical reports on installation progress, commissioning status, and field findings.
  • Produce site survey reports, commercial quotations, and technical snag lists for each site visit.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, fault registers, and resolution records for all managed charger assets.
  • Compile weekly and monthly dashboards tracking charger uptime, open faults, contractor performance, and installation milestones.
  • Document escalation cases with clear root-cause analysis and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure all field records are retained in the designated document management system in a timely and accurate manner.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams (Business Development, Aftersales, Commercial) and external contractors or vendors.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical issues through appropriate escalation and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Support procurement by providing technical input on bills of materials, scopes of work, and contractor pre-qualification and evaluation.
  • Represent EV Charging Engineering in project site meetings, client walkthroughs, and regulatory inspections.
