About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and their team. This full-time role involves managing administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional service to both employees and guests. This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, compose, and distribute correspondence to employees and guests.
  • Provide initial response and follow-up to inquiries.
  • Collect and track problem resolution information.
  • Assist managers in the preparation of various reports and presentations.
  • Design and prepare statistical reports as needed.
  • Attend, transcribe, and distribute minutes for staff, executive committee, and department meetings.
  • Create new files and maintain existing files, including giveaway/donation records.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and departments.
  • Compose, produce, and sign correspondence on routine matters.
  • Answer department phones and act as a receptionist for the manager and other department members.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Ensure VIP amenity requests from the General Manager/Director of Operations are handled in a timely manner.
  • Communicate safety procedures, ensuring employee understanding and monitoring related processes.
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose optimal solutions and resolve problems.
  • Attend meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, and manage activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather necessary information for project management, goal achievement, and problem resolution.
  • Inform and update executives and peers on relevant information in a timely manner.

Customer Service Focus

The role involves delivering services that exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention. This includes managing daily operations to maintain quality standards and actively participating in meetings with executives and peers to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Capability to provide administrative support and manage correspondence.
