About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the guest's overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests.
• Cleaning work and storage areas.
• Ensuring all transactions enhance the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe work environment, adhere to company guidelines and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication. The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving across varied and potentially uneven or slippery surfaces. Tasks involve reviewing menus, and performing various physical duties such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also required. Consistent execution of these tasks is essential for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
