F&B Service Expert

About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating unique and memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that enhance the guest's meal.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving customers throughout their dining experience.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring that customer interactions contribute positively to the overall experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires being on your feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking. It involves navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, managing menus (reading and visual checks), and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance and 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance is required, along with reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. All assigned tasks must be performed accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Experience
