F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in Medina. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their dining experience is positive.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies to uphold hygiene and operational standards.
• Process transactions as an integral part of the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Capacity to read and visually verify information, such as managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who are proactive in delivering guest services and committed to creating a positive dining atmosphere.
