About the Role

The F&B Service Expert at Luxury Collection is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive guest services beyond basic food and beverage delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Duties

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, including menu details.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
