About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and distinctive guest experience beyond standard food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services designed to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Experts ensure that all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include:

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work and storage areas to maintain hygiene and organization.

Physical Demands of the Role

F&B Service Experts are expected to be active throughout their shifts. The role involves:

• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloped, uneven, and potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reviewing menus, which includes reading and verifying information.
• Engaging in various physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. This also includes reaching high places, bending, and making movements that require bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.

Performing these tasks effectively is crucial for ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting hotel operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the F&B Service Expert position should meet the following requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
