About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor I - DRS for its Integrated Well Services team. This full-time role involves working with advanced drilling technology and contributing to well construction and production. The Field Supervisor will support well construction projects onsite with customers, ensuring high-quality engineering and operational efficiency.

Role Context

The Field Supervisor for Integrated Well Services (IWS) will execute activities within specific projects or Centers of Excellence. This includes adhering to guidelines and processes defined in the IWS Management System, as well as complying with international, local standards, regulations, and customer requirements. The role focuses on improving efficiency, production, and maximizing reservoir value through innovative physical and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure daily wellsite work activities are completed.
  • Overseeing all drilling and completion operations at the field or extraction site, ensuring drilling work is completed according to plan.
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers.
  • Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at the wellsite by providing technical knowledge and direction as needed.
  • Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolutions for complex problems encountered at the wellsite.
  • Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a field environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
