About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Graphic Designer - PowerPoint & Executive Visual Communications to join our team. This full-time role is centered on transforming complex business information into clear, engaging, and professional visual content for senior management.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive reports, infographics, dashboards, and various corporate visual communication materials. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that all visual content effectively communicates key messages to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations, reports, dashboards, and infographics.
• Create effective charts, graphics, data visualizations, and visual storytelling elements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop presentation storyboards.
• Ensure all visual materials maintain consistency with corporate branding, templates, and visual standards.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
• Apply AI-powered design tools where appropriate to enhance creativity and efficiency in design processes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within established deadlines.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business/Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual communications, or a related field, with specific experience in PowerPoint presentation design and/or corporate graphic design.

Essential Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in designing and developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong capability in creating executive reports, infographics, and dashboards.
• Expertise in visual storytelling, data visualization, and creating effective charts and graphics.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure corporate branding and visual standards consistency.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with applying AI-powered design tools to improve design outcomes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
