Presentation Designer

About the Role

Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Presentation Designer to contribute to the Tendem project. This part-time remote position involves creating high-quality presentations for real-world use cases, applying expertise in visual communication, information design, and storytelling. The role focuses on transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and professionally designed presentations.

Project Context

Mindrift connects specialists with innovative technology projects, aiming to develop high-quality AI technologies by combining global professional expertise with advanced AI development efforts. For the Tendem project, the Presentation Designer will concentrate on storytelling and visual hierarchy, converting raw data and narratives into compelling slides and one-pagers. The estimated workload for this project is 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements, and is not a guaranteed workload.

Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling, emphasizing minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations using custom fonts, animations, and consistent visual elements.
• Maintain a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
• Ensure formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual precision.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.

Compensation

Compensation for this freelance role is up to $45 per hour equivalent.
